• What is TENCEL® : TENCEL® is a fiber made from wood pulp and a non-toxic solvent, which is then recovered, purified and 98% reused. It's a quasi-circular process, meaning that materials are almost 100% reused. This fiber also consumes very little water in its manufacture, as the trees grown for its manufacture are carefully chosen for their low water consumption, like the eucalyptus, for example, which requires only rainwater for its growth. Tencel is also an entirely biodegradable fiber, and this within just a few months! These fibers naturally manage moisture transport. They are breathable and therefore provide a less favorable environment for bacterial growth, offering better hygienic qualities. The stretchy, comfortable, breathable fabric we love!
