Returns & Exchanges

We know that sometimes people change their minds

That's why we accept returns online or in store and offer a store credit, applicable to a future purchase.

Great news: online returns are now free in Canada.

*Please note that we do not offer exchanges or refunds, only a store credit note will be issued.

Return conditions

The item must be returned within 90 days of the purchase date;

The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed and undamaged;

The item must have all its tags attached.

Important note: When trying on your items for the first time, please wear your underwear to preserve their quality.

If a returned item requires special care upon receipt due to damage, a fee of up to 20% of the product price may be deducted from your store credit.

Online returns

You can easily make your return through our self-service returns portal.

01. Connexion

Log in to your customer account with your email address (no password is required, simply follow the login instructions in the customer portal).

02. Order History

Access your order history.

03. Return request

Select the relevant order and click on "Request a return".

Choose the items to return and the reason for the return.

Submit your request.

04. Confirmation and approval

You will receive a confirmation email.

We will review your return submission and approve it if it complies with our policy within 1 to 5 business days.

05. Return label

Once your request is approved, a free return label will be emailed to you.

* Please note that the instructions on the shipping package are based on outdated guidelines. To qualify for free returns, returns must be made through the returns portal.

06. Return Processing

Once your package has been received and inspected:

A store credit will be issued for eligible items

The credit note will be emailed to you and can be used online or in-store.

International returns

For returns from outside Canada, it is important to declare the items as "Canadian goods return" to avoid customs fees.

Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs to Othersea Bikini.

Return in store

You can also return your item directly to out store during our opening hours. Our team will be delighted to welcome you and advise you on your next favorite item. Othersea Bikini-Café: 525 rue Narcisse-Belleau, G1K 5X7, QC.

Defective products OR error in the order

If you receive a defective item or an incorrect order, contact us! We will send you the correct product quickly and refund the delivery costs related to the situation.
