Do you have an Othersea store ?

Yes, we do have a Workplace located in Quebec City (Canada) that we open few days a week for our customers. We have ALL our products available there and even more (we do often have special surprises for the one who come say Hi!). You can either try our products, shop from a vaste selection of Local Brands, chill on our comfiest couch or just make a quick stop to pickup your online order. You can also make an exchange or a return and buy a gift card.

Our Open Hours are : Wednesday - 10h to 16h / Thursday - 10h to 18h

*Note that we are not a real store but mostly a workshop, so don't be shy to ask us on Instagram/Facebook/Email if we are there before coming to the workplace. Our opening hours may vary from time to time ...

Who made my Othersea's Bikinis ?

All our bikinis are design, cut and sewn by loving human hand in Quebec City (Canada). Every person involved in production works in comfortable and safe conditions.

Will you restock items that are currently out of stock?

Since we do not encourage mass production our products are made according to the demand of our customers. That's why we only offer limited quantities.

Do not hesitate to contact us directly by email : info@otherseabikini.com if your size is missing in one of our style. It will probably be possible for us to make it personally for you !

Also, you can choose to « Notify me when this product is available » on the product page to be the first to know that it's back in stock (if it does..).

How do I take care of my Othersea Bikini ?

Our bikinis are made from high quality fabrics. A little love is needed when you take care of your suit, especially if you want to keep its beautiful state for a long time. Check out this page (at the bottom*) to know everything about the maintenance techniques for a swimsuit.

What is the average lifespan of a swimsuit ?

Swimsuit durability depend on few factors, like exemple : how often you go to the pool, how much time it spent in chlorinated water, how often you wear the same suit and of course, the material of the swimsuit. Since we only use top quality fabrics and materials, the lifetime of your bikinis will depend on how you take good care of them. If you give them love and do only what is best for them, our products should last for many seasons. We've been in business for more than 3 years now and I am still wearing my first ever Othersea Bikini swimsuit today.

Which is the best model if I want to practice water sports ?

All our bikinis are developed to be wave-proof and beach sports approved but we do have some styles that are recommande for the practice of extreme water sports. You can choose in our classics styled that have been tested and improved in the past few years, which are the Sul'Side Top and the Venise Top. Both offer in many different colors and patterns.
