Your satisfaction is our biggest priority and we know that it is possible to change your mind !

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Othersea products. This is why it is possible to exchange or get a store credit on all products (even those on sale).

* Please note that we do not make any refunds. *

Before proceeding with the exchange or return, make sure to :

- returned the item to our workshop within 14 days after its reception ;

- returned the item with the labels and tags attached to it, that it has not been worn, washed or damaged.

Here's how to make a Canadian return:

By mail :

1. Please fill out the form included in your order adding all your informations. *Do not forget to indicate if you wish to exchange size (specify the new desired size) or a store credit.

 

2. Return the item making sure that it matches the conditions listed previously.

 

3. Ship the package to the following address:

1220 rue Lescarbot, door 4

G1N 4J4, Quebec, Qc

 

4. Practical Tip : Choose a delivery option with a tracking number.

Othersea is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transport.

 

5. As soon as we receive the package at our office, we will either proceed to the exchange or send you your store credit as a gift card by email.

 

6. Please note that the delivery charges for returning merchandise to Othersea Bikini will be at your expense*. However, no additional fees will be charged for sending the new sizes during the exchange! If you request a store credit, the shipping costs paid during the purchase will be added to the amount of your store credit (so you will not pay twice for the shipment from our Workplace to your home).

 

* If it is a defective product, please notify us of the defect in the email.

We will refund the full delivery charges following receipt of the package and we will send a new product immediately.

 

In person :

You can come to the Othersea WorkPlace to exchange or return merchandise during our opening hours, Wednesday from 10am to 4pm and Thursday from 10am to 6pm. (PS : We sometimes open outside these hours, so stay tuned on our Instagram stories to see when or contact us via email (info@otherseabikini.com).) We'll be there to asist you.

Here's how to make an "international" return:

For international returns we only proceed by store credit. Please report the item as a return of Canadian goods to avoid customs charges. In the event that this mention is forgotten, the customs fees will be deducted from the store credit. PS : Packages with excessively high customs charges will be refused.

Defect or error in the command

Each order is carefully inspected before it is sent. We are more than sorry if the items are not in perfect condition when receiving them. If it is a defective product or an error in the order, please notify us by email to info@otherseabikini.com and include pictures. We will refund the full delivery charges following receipt of the package and send you a new product immediately.

 

Out of stock and pending order

Even if our website is constantly being updated, it is possible that a product purchased is out of stock. In this case, we will contact you by email to notify you and see if your order is pending or canceled. If this is canceled, we will refund you directly on your credit card.
